• All bookings made through our website are subject to availability.

• A valid credit/debit card is required to secure your reservation.

• Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

• 100% refund for cancellations made 14 days or more before the check-in date.

• 50% refund for cancellations made 7–13 days before check-in.

• No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in.

• All cancellations must be made in writing or via the online guest portal.

• Check-in time: 4:00 PM

• Check-out time: 10:00 AM

• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

• No smoking in any indoor spaces.

• Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly units and may incur an additional fee.

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

• All guests must comply with posted safety signs and instructions, especially around water activities and shared spaces.

• Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or contents during their stay.

• A security deposit may be authorized on your card and used to cover any loss, damage, or excessive cleaning.

• Boat slips are available for rent and must be reserved in advance.

• Guests are responsible for properly tying and securing their boats.

• The resort is not liable for any damages to boats or personal watercraft.

• Amenities like kayaks, hot tubs, and common areas are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Use all amenities at your own risk. Life jackets are strongly recommended for all water activities.
